Inspiration: It's no secret that Brandon and I love food, but something that we don't mention as much on here is that we also love craft beer. I'm talking in an obsessive way. Luckily, we live in an area with a ton of great breweries around that we frequent often. One of the things that we've noticed is that craft breweries tend to care abut where their food comes from/how it's made, and thus the food at our local breweries is usually pretty fantastic.
Here is one for the Pork Stars. I will have to put a dish up that i cooked recently in Germany with smoked bacon and brussel spouts...mmmmm
